Help! Advertiser Wants $20,000 Reversed!

So as my title suggests… the advertiser I’ve been working with is reversing roughly 20k worth of leads. Has anyone been in this situation before?

Here’s a little backstory: About 2 months ago I started running an offer on a network (Don’t want to mention specific names). Anyways, I started the offer sending around $200/day in revenue worth of leads. They said quality was good and increased my cap.

This trend continued and 1 month later I was doing $1500 – $2000/day in revenue. I was running at that pace for about another month and then suddenly the advertiser contacted the affiliate network saying they want to reverse $20,000 worth of leads for being outside of the qualifications of a valid lead for them.
