Improved Placement Cutting Tool

Hey guys,

while using Amy’s “whitelist_calculator” I wanted to make it even easier to import and analyze what placements to cut. This tool let’s you directly copy and paste exported Voluum’s CSV reports and tells you what placements to cut based on your entered numbers.
