Anyone know of any cheap traffic sources for POPs and Redirects? I know Zeropark has $.1 CPM and Plugrush has $.25 CPM as a minimum bid. Are there any other traffic sources with comparable prices? Most of the other sources I’ve checked out has a significantly more expensive minimum. Thanks.
